Question bank
A question bank is a shared, organised store of assessment questions that a teacher or department can search and reuse, rather than writing every paper from scratch.
A bank earns its place only when finding a good question is genuinely faster than writing a new one. That takes an agreed quality bar, tags that match how people search (topic, level, skill, type), and someone who curates it.
Done well, it compounds: every well-made paper feeds the bank that makes the next one quicker, and a whole department can work from the same trusted set.
