Cookie Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

The short version: XAM uses only what’s needed to sign you in and remember your preferences. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no selling of your data.

What we actually use

  • Signing you in: when you use XAM, a strictly necessary cookie or token keeps you signed in as you move around the app. Without it, you would have to log in on every page.
  • Your theme preference: your light or dark choice on this site is saved in your browser’s local storage, a small setting kept on your own device, so the site remembers it next time.

What we don't use

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. We do not sell your data. At present we do not run third-party analytics on this site.

If we add analytics later

If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.

Managing cookies and site data

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser’s settings, and block cookies if you prefer. Doing so will sign you out of XAM and reset saved preferences such as your theme, but it will not affect your account or your question bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if what we use changes. When we do, we will update the date above.
